What are Life Groups?
Life Groups are what we call small groups. It's a small gathering of people who meet regularly to build relationships, grow spiritually, and support one another in their faith journey. These groups are the heartbeat of our church, and often center around shared interests, life stages, or Bible study topics.

What happens during a typical Life Group meeting?A typical Life Group meeting involves conversation, Bible study, prayer, and relationship-building. Depending on the group's focus, there may be additional activities, like service projects or shared meals.

How do I join a group?Joining a Life Group is simple! Browse the list of available groups on our website, find one that fits your schedule or interests, and click the “Join” button. You’ll be asked to fill out a quick form so the group leader can connect with you and provide details.

How long do groups last?Life Groups typically meet for a specific season or study series (around 12 weeks) in Spring and Fall. You're free to join at any time, and you’re not locked into a long-term commitment.

Can I lead or host a Life Group?If you feel called to lead and/or host a group, we’d love to speak with you! Simply fill out our Life Group Sign Up form and select "Yes" when asked if you would like to lead and/or host. Once you submit the form, our Life Group Coordinator will reach out to chat with you.

Do I have to be a church member to join a Life Group?No, you do not have to be a member of Journey Fellowship to join a Life Group. We welcome everyone who wants to grow in faith, build friendships, and be part of a caring community.

Do Life Groups meet in-person or online?Life Groups typically meet in-person in homes or at our church. But, be sure to check the details of each group for more up-to-date information.
