​How to Apply for Assistance
1. Fill out and submit our Application Form.

2. Once your application is approved, we’ll reach out to schedule your pick-up date and time.​ Our food bank is open by appointment only, every third Saturday of the month from 11:00am-3:00pm (unless otherwise specified). Your specific time may vary, but don’t worry—we’ll let you know in advance!

3. On your scheduled day, visit us at 296 Tanner Beach Rd., Carrollton, GA 30117 to pick up your items. We look forward to serving you!
